Pop Zest is great on just about everything; we recommend sprinkling where you normally use plain nutritional yeast or season salt!
Italian Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
-1 loaf of Italian bread, sliced lengthwise
(if vegan, make sure no animal products)
-3 tablespoons vegan butter spread
-1 tablespoon Herb & Olive Oil Pop Zest
-1/8 tsp garlic powder
-1/4 tsp dried parsley
-1/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese
-vegan marinara sauce, to serve
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cover
oven safe tray with parchment paper.
Slice bread into 1 inch thick slices, and
spread generously with vegan butter. In a
small bowl combine the Pop Zest, garlic powder, and parsley. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the bread. Top with vegan parmesan, if desired.
Bake the bread for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden and slightly crispy. While bread is cooking, heat up marinara sauce in a small sauce pan. Dip in marinara sauce, or enjoy plain. Enjoy!

Zesty Ranch & Dill Fries
Ingredients:
-2 large baking potatoes
(cut into medium wedges length wise)
-3 tablespoons melted vegan butter
-1 tablespoon + 1 tsp
Butter Pop Zest
-1/2 tsp dried dill
-1 tsp evaporated cane juice
-1/8 tsp white pepper
-1/8 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-ketchup or other dipping sauce, to serve
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and cover
oven safe tray with parchment paper.
Toss potato wedges with melted vegan
butter. Coat potato wedges with Butter Pop Zest, dill, evaporated cane juice, garlic, white pepper and salt.
Cook in the oven for 45-50 minutes flipping half way through cooking. Potatoes should be golden brown in color.
Remove the fries from oven and garnish with more Butter Pop Zest if desired.

Cheezy Veggie Sauté
Ingredients:
-1 large zucchini
(halved lengthwise and sliced)
-5 button mushrooms, sliced
-1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
-1 shallot, thinly sliced
-2 tablespoons vegan butter
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/8 teaspoon pepper
-1 tablespoon Artisan Cheese Pop Zest
(plus extra for garnish)
Directions:
-Heat vegan butter in a large skillet over
medium heat. Sauté the shallot for 3 minutes,
or until slightly translucent. Season the shallot with the salt and pepper at this point. Next, add the zucchini, mushrooms, and bell pepper and cook for an additional 12-15 minutes. When veggies appear to be caramelized, stir in the Artisan Cheese Pop Zest. Garnish with more Artisan Cheese Pop Zest to taste.

Oven Roasted Honey BBQ
Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
-4 cups chopped sweet potato
-1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
-3 tablespoons melted vegan butter spread
-1 tablespoon + 1 tsp Butter Pop Zest
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/8 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp brown sugar
-2 tbs barbecue sauce plus extra for dipping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and cover
oven safe tray with parchment paper.
Meanwhile, toss sweet potatoes and
chopped onion with the vegan butter. Add the Pop Zest, salt, and pepper. Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes flipping half way through cooking. Potatoes should be golden brown in color. Remove the sweet potatoes from oven, toss with the barbecue sauce, and serve with extra barbecue sauce to dip. You'll love how well the sweetness from the barbecue pairs with the savory notes of the nutritional yeast based Pop Zest!

Herbed Popcorn
Ingredients:
-4 cups pre-popped popcorn (sea salt or unflavored popcorn works best)
-coconut oil spray
-1-2 tablespoons Olive Oil & Herb Pop Zest, or other flavor of choice
Directions:
Place popcorn in a large bowl and coat with a light spritz of coconut oil spray. Dust popcorn with Olive Oil & Herb Pop Zest, and enjoy the magic of nutritional yeast! Perfect for movie nights, sports games, and as a healthier alternative to theater style popcorn.
Note: For a richer popcorn, use melted vegan butter (1-2 tablespoons) in place of the oil spray.)
